GENERAL INFORMATION


STAFF:
The success of our business and your satisfaction ultimately rest in the people performing the work.  All IMC staff are screened, fully trained and take pride in their work.  They do not smoke during their shift, respect your property and present themselves in a professional manner.  Staff members receive ongoing training and feedback on a regular basis and they are bonded, insured and covered by WCB. 

QUALITY CONTROL:
Ongoing communication with both you ,the client, and staff members ensure we are meeting your expectations every time.  Periodic inspections, phone calls and quality control forms help maintain the highest level of cleaning on a consistent basis.

EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES:
Our staff bring everything that is required to get the job done. All cleaning products are eco friendly with minimal odor or scent. 

BUILDING SECURITY:
IMC staff leaders are provided with all necessary keys and alarm information for the job(s) scheduled that day/night.  They are signed out at the beginning of the shift, and returned to the office at the end of the shift.  Staff on site will ensure that all locked areas are kept locked during cleaning operations and relocked/armed after completion.
