Housekeeping is specifically designed to meet your needs.
This can included, but not be limited to the following:
- Floor surfaces vacuumed and washed including all corners and under furniture.
- Mirrors cleaned (streak-free).
- Bathrooms cleaned from top to bottom covering all surfaces including light fixtures and baseboards.
- Kitchen cabinets, counter tops, stainless steel and appliances cleaned inside and out.
- Furniture & Decor dusted, wiped, polished and/or vacuumed.
- Ceiling fans & Light fixtures dusted.
- Wall washing & Baseboard cleaning.
- Windows including tracks and Blinds cleaned.
- Spring Cleaning, One Time Cleaning, Move-out and Move-in Cleanings are also available

The above price chart represents regular housekeeping duties in an average home in our local area. Indoor pets, size of family, square footage of home, frequency of cleaning, location and flooring type will effect price levels either up or down.
Move-in, Move-out cleaning includes the inside of all cupboards and drawers throughout the home, inside of fridge, stove/oven & microwave, moving appliances, dusting blinds, all surfaces in bathrooms, spot washing walls, all floor surfaces, inside closets, high dusting, baseboards, light fixtures, and doors.
Inside of windows are an additional charge.
Carpet cleaning is not offered.

Must I be at home when you clean my house?
It's your choice. Many clients prefer to give us a key. Others leave us a key in a safe place each visit. Alarm systems can either be left off or you can give us entry/exit codes.
What if I would like something cleaned that is not part of your house cleaning service?
IMCleaning offers a wide variety of additional house cleaning service options and special projects that can be tailored to your exact needs. Contact us for more information about specific projects and guidelines.
Do I need to provide my own house cleaning products?
We will always arrive at your home with our own cleaning products and equipment. However, if you would like your own specific products used on specific items this can be arranged.
How do I pay for your residential cleaning services?
Residential account payments are due at time of service by cash or cheque.
* Prepayment options are available for 6 months at a time. SAVE 7% when you choose to pay in advance!
Commercial Accounts are on a 30 day billing cycle.
