Housekeeping is Tailored to your Specifications.  Some of these include, but are not limited to:

• Floor surfaces vacuumed and washed including all corners and under furniture. 
• Mirrors cleaned (streak-free).
• Bathrooms cleaned from top to bottom covering all surfaces including light fixtures and baseboards.
• Kitchen cabinets, counter tops, stainless steel and appliances cleaned inside and out.
• Furniture & Decor dusted, polished and/or vacuumed.
• Ceiling fans & Light fixtures dusted.
• Wall washing & Baseboard cleaning.
• Windows including tracks and Blinds cleaned.
• Spring Cleaning and One Time Cleaning are also available

 



FAQS:

Must I be at home when you clean my house?
It's your choice. Many clients prefer to give us a key. Others leave us a key in a safe place each visit. Alarm systems can either be left off or you can give us entry/exit codes.

What if I would like something cleaned that is not part of your house cleaning service?
IMCleaning offers a wide variety of additional house cleaning service options and special projects that can be tailored to your exact needs. Contact us for more information about specific projects and guidelines.

Do I need to provide my own house cleaning products?
We will always arrive at your home with our own cleaning products and equipment.  However, if you would like your own specific products used on specific items this can be arranged. 

How do I pay for your residential cleaning services?
Residential account payments are due at time of service by cash or cheque.
Commercial Accounts are on a 30 day billing cycle.
